Everything we do in life
we do before God alone
and to the glory of God alone
and with the view of pleasing God alone . . .
The Audience of One

Lynne - 2014Lynne Farrow, MA, MFT, is an artist, spiritual director and marriage and family therapist.  While her favorite art forms are mixed media acrylic collages, watercolors, bookmaking, quilting and wearable arts, Lynne specializes in developing arts-integrated experiences and curriculum for a variety of settings. She mentors community activists, people working cross culturally and arts practitioners around the world who are interested in using the arts to address the issues of life, healing and transformation.

Lynne travels both nationally and internationally presenting workshops and retreats. She was formerly the creative director of Reckoning, a social initiative based in Amsterdam and Ventura County, CA that creates arts-integrated experiences to teach character development and everyday leadership. She continued that work for the last six years with weekly therapeutic art workshops at the Lighthouse, a residential treatment program for women recovering from substance abuse.

In June 2011, Lynne retired after nine years as the  permanent faculty person for the visual arts for Buildabridge International‘s Institute for Art in Transformation in Philadelphia. She taught a course on Art and Spiritual Development, and was an adjunct faculty person for Eastern University’s Master’s in Urban Studies with a emphasis in Art in Transformation.

In 2014, Lynne and her husband relocated to Cary, North Carolina where she will continue to use her artistic and teaching gifts for healing and transformation.
